I am fully qualified and have been teaching exercise classes for over 30 years. Some large classes and other smaller groups all good fun but hard work, stretching, toning, loosening and generally exercising the whole body, with emphasis on good core muscle tone and posture. Online classes and face to face, one to one or group sessions. Strengthen & Stretch sessions do exactly what they say…each class focusses on improving our strength, flexibility, posture, balance and improving wellbeing, both physically and mentally. Barre classes are high intensity, fun sessions that give the body a fantastic workout at the same time as improving our stamina and cardio fitness. Allowing us to unleash the hidden ballerina! There are Weekly Workout videos and shorter focussed workouts to do in your own time at a pace that suits you too. The basis of each class, is to have fun, meet some new, or exercise with old friends and stay flexible, strong and healthy in a friendly environment.
